I. Definitions

The terms 'User,' 'you,' or 'your' refer to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform for purposes such as browsing, booking, sharing, displaying, hosting, publishing, transacting, or uploading information.

BookyMet Platform: Operated by M/s. Imagivite Technology Private Limited, registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with registered office at 64/1, TP Arumugan Nagar, Manguttaipalayam, Seetharampalayam, Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu 637211.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and BookyMet regarding the use of the Platform.

II. Services Provided by BookyMet

Customized User Experience

BookyMet enhances your experience by using the information you provide to display relevant content, such as posts, events, venues, and activity centers that align with your interests.

Building Connections

Our platform helps you connect with individuals, groups, businesses, and organizations. Based on your preferences, BookyMet suggests relevant opportunities, events, and tournaments happening near you.

Venue Reservations

BookyMet enables users to seamlessly book sports facilities, activity centers, and other event spaces. A service fee (inclusive of applicable taxes) may apply based on booking duration, demand, and seasonal trends.

Interactive Social Features

Users can engage with the community by sharing photos, videos, and stories. BookyMet also allows direct messaging and discovering groups within the platform.

III. User Obligations

Account Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.
Account Activity: You bear full responsibility for all actions taken under your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
Communication Consent: By creating an account, you consent to receive updates and notifications regarding platform services.

V. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important: All bookings are subject to specific cancellation terms displayed at checkout. Please review carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking Cancellation

Users may cancel bookings only within the allowed timeframe as defined by the venue operator (typically 6-24 hours before booking time).

Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days for eligible cancellations
Amount credited back to original payment method
No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows

VI. Intellectual Property Rights

BookyMet is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights related to our services, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other proprietary rights.

Protection Notice: You are prohibited from using framing techniques, removing copyright notices, or unauthorized modification of our content.

Respect and safeguard our intellectual property rights
No unauthorized use of BookyMet trademarks or logos
Linking permitted if your site contains appropriate content

VIII. Usage Restrictions

You are prohibited from using BookyMet for content or activities that are:

Harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or inappropriate
Promoting illegal activities or violating laws
Infringing on third-party rights or spreading false information
Impersonating others or engaging in fraudulent activities
Attempting to hack or disrupt platform security
Using bots or automated scripts for manipulation

X. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimer: BookyMet services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We Are Not Responsible For:

Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content
Device damage or data loss from platform use
Interactions with other users or third-party venues
Transactions between users and service providers

Liability Limitation

BookyMet's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for services in the six months preceding any claim.

XII. Account Termination

User-Initiated Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time by logging out, uninstalling the app, and ceasing platform use.

Platform-Initiated Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or extended inactivity, with immediate effect and without prior notice.

XV. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located within India.

Legal Action Timeline: Any legal action must be initiated within one (1) month from when the issue first arises, or rights will be forfeited.
